Capital Robotics offers a selection of pre-configured Cells that are engineered as complete solutions for a host of applications. Fusion Arc designates our family of cells available in a range of sizes and configurations. These pre-engineered systems provide a fully-enclosed environment that remains functional, flexible and meets most safety requirements while remaining very cost-effective. Each cell is available with a host of productivity options and the space-saving design makes for easy placement and relocation in your manufacturing area. Listed below are our three most popular models:

Fusion Arc 180 & 180L

The Fusion Arc 180 comes standard with two (2) individual weld stations. This arrangement is well-suited for a broad range of applications including small, stationary parts that may require welding on one or more sides, nested arrangements of like or dissimilar parts grouped into a fixture, or medium size parts and/or assemblies. For larger parts and/or assemblies, the larger 180L includes the same layout and design while providing expanded space for part or assembly size and robotic reach. The flexibility of the 180 and 180L is enhanced even further with the addition of a single or dual servo headstock / tailstock ranging from 500 lbs. to 7,000 lbs. capacity. Air actuated doors can be replaced with guardian roll-down doors which allow for easy pass-thru for loading / unloading of large parts.

Fusion Arc 400 & 400L

The Fusion Arc 400 comes standard with four (4) individual weld stations. This arrangement offers an increased level of flexibility while maintaining a compact footprint. The large surface area and table layout utilizes a high percentage of the robots' envelope. This increased space combined with
multiple fixtures results in less set-up time, especially in short-run applications.

Like all Fusion Arc Cells, the 400 & 400L can be equipped with dual servo headstock / tailstock and/or servo indexers ranging from 500 lbs. to 7,000 lbs. capacity.

The "FabMaster" is the ultimate in job-shop flexibility. This spacious cell design provides three distinct work areas suitable for very different applications. The unit includes a large Stationary Table, a 48" Servo-Drive Rotary Table and a Headstock / Tailstock work area. Each location is well suited for very different types of work. The large stationary table is ideal for large assemblies. The Rotary Table is the best solution for higher volume requirements of small and medium size assemblies. The Headstock / Tailstock location is designed for any parts requiring welds on four sides or any cylindrical parts.
