Pitch between ripples can be adjusted freely by changing the welding speed and frequency of wave pulse

 

 

 

The heat input in the base metal decreases with an increase in EN ratio. Therefore, with an increase in EN ratio the penetration becomes shallower, accompanied by an increase in reinforcement height and a decrease in bead width at the same wire feed rate.
