 All of Capital’s Staff receive substantial Training on all aspects of product setup, operation & maintenance. They attend available classes at our manufacturers and go through periodic updates in Capital’s Technology Center in Tampa. |

Inventory
 Capital maintains a large supply of parts in order to respond promptly to customer requirements. Parts are inventoried both in our showroom facilities as well as on-board each one of our Service Vans. |

OTC-Daihen,
Tipp City, OH
 OTC-Daihen recently opened their new United States Headquarters in Tipp City, Ohio in 2001. This modern facility is only 6 miles from the Dayton Airport and is visible from I-75. It contains their Administrative, Sales, Service, Parts & Engineering departments along with assembly bays for building and testing everything from pre-engineered cells to very complex, custom systems. OTC-Daihen also maintains a Regional facility in Charlotte, NC. |

Demostration
Lab
 An extensive portion of OTC-Daihen is dedicated to the Demonstration & Test Lab. This department maintains the broadest range of welding technology for manual and robotics applications. Customers can gain hands-on experience with a variety of Robot Arms, Positioners, Power Sources and auxiliary technologies. A full spectrum of OTC-Daihen capabilities can be operated and evaluated. |

Training
Lab
 Customers attending training classes in Tipp City are afforded ample opportunities to receive personal attention while having access to their own robot & control. The Training Lab is setup in a comfortable location for students to communicate when desired while having the equipment available as much as they prefer to work at their own pace or invest extra hours of hands-on time. |
